Description
of the Staffing Business For Sale
Five year old Information Technology (IT) services/solutions/consulting company with
core competencies in help desk services, distributed services, disaster recovery planning,
project management, in addition to providing staffing, contract to hire and direct hire services.
Company is an IBM Business Partner and has preferred agreements with companies like Microsoft
and Ameritrade. Company is a State of Texas QISV (Qualified Information Systems Vendor) and
on the CMBL (Centralized Master Bidders List) for the State of Texas which gives us the ability
to bid on any state, county, city or school district opportunities. The Company is also an
approved reseller for most major PC manufacturers. There is a wholly owned subsidiary that
is a commercial staffing company providing contract to hire and direct hire services in
the commercial staffing arena.
Description
of Staff
The Company is made up of ex-IBM managers and executives with the least experienced manager
having over 20 years of IT experience. There are four key employees on staff and one
administrator not including billable consultants.
