- Full-Servce
Representation.
This is the most common method under which owners sell their
businesses. The Business Broker represents you, the seller of the business,
and he/she coordinates the entire selling process through closing
and funding of the transaction.

Partial-Service Representation.
There are many ways that this form of representation may
be arranged. It is typically based on a reduced commission
basis due to the fact that a certain part of the buy-sell
process may have already been done. Retainers, hourly-based
compensation, and/or fee-based compensation may also be
combined in the process with Partial-Service Representation.
There are too many combinations to list under which this
form of representation can arranged. Feel free to contact

- Fee-based
Representation.
Representation is sometimes based on a stated, fixed amount
for one or more of the steps in the process of selling the
business.

Hourly-based Representation. Representation is sometimes
based on an hourly rate for either the entire buy/sell process,
or any portion thereof.

Consulting. Consulting is often provided to sellers
before or during the buy-sell process for all or part of
the process.

referral fees, and/or commission splits with other Brokers. We'll
work to help sell your businesses and on occassion
you might get a call from us with a referral of a random buyer or
seller to work with.
As you can tell, we try to be accommodating to all related parties.
We also try to be as fair and reasonable as possible regarding how
and what fees we charge for our services. We'll be reasonable
